| Description |
The program helps to investigate cell dynamics in fluorescent images that can be tracked using the spot track function in Imaris. I used Imaris 5.0.3 to generate the spot positions.
Reads in spot positions in the excel output from Imaris image processing software and measures track lengths, displacements, and durations of the tracks. The program eliminates tracks that have discontinuity in time. |
