Second order ODE solver using linear finite elements.

Description

Solve the Sturm-Liouville equation:

d( F*dY/dX )/dX - G*Y = R

using linear finite elements where F, G, and R
are user supplied external functions. Bonudary conditions are either of Robin (including Neumann) or Dirichlet type.

Incredible simple program It solves the inhomogeneous sturm-liuville system and the homogeneous one (with EPS forcing) although not the eigenvalues.

Great job Alexander, please update it.

If I got it right this routine computes eigenfunctions to given eigenvalues, right? But determining the eigenvalues is part of the Sturm-Liouville problem... How do you find them?
