MD5 Checksum

Compute or compare the MD5 checksum of files.

Description

I needed to verify file integrity after file transfer so wrote a program that uses a md5 utility (md5.exe, open source freeware program) to compute or compare MD5 checksum for a file. md5.exe is included in the zip file.
(This will be faster than writing an MD5 utility in MATLAB itself)
This can be used to verify file integrity after data transmission, or to verify digital signatures (the program can be tweaked to do this).
