v2 creates anaglyphic stereo, straight stereo pairs, or crossed stereo pairs from Cartesian 3D plots

This is an upgrade of makestereofig, allowing conversion of .fig files containing 3D cartesian x,y,z plots to (1) anaglyphic (red-cyan) stereo plots, (2) straight L-R stereo pairs, or (3) crossed R-L stereo pairs. One of the latter two alternatives may be preferred by individuals who prefer to "free vision" stereo images, or who wish to utilize colors in their figures that do not reproduce well in red-cyan anaglyphic stereo. For best quality conversion it is recommended that linewidths be 1.5 or greater and font sizes be 14 or greater.
