Performs elementary math operations on two time series s1 and s2 with times s1.T,s2.T and values s2.V, s2.V without requiring s1.T and s2.T to be equal or have the same number of elements
This function is useful is you are interested in quickly calculation for instance ratios between two time series that are sampled differently and possibly are from different sources.
