Allows the user to clear all but leave the breakpoints in place.

Description

Expands the functionality of the command "clear" by allowing the user to clear everything but the break points.

This function behaves exactly like the builtin clear, except when "clear most" is executed. Then it will execute "clear all" except it doesn't clear the breakpoints.
