I got the same error when using the Matlab 2008 version, but it worked fine with the R2011a version. In my case the error was circumvented anyway because I obtained the facevertex data of the tetrahedra (for my geometry) through other functions so did not have to use the Delaunay triangulation.

There some error. For ex:

OPTIONS should be a cell array of strings.

Error in ==> delaunayn at 48
cgprechecks(x, nargin, cg_opt);

Error in ==> delaunay at 48
tri = delaunayn([x(:) y(:)],options);

Error in ==> MainProgram at 17
CM=delaunay(X(:),Y(:),Z(:))';

Could you help me?
