new(id,name,type)
function new(id,name,type)
%NEW  Create a new project.
% NEW(H,NAME,TYPE) creates a new project in the MULTI(R) IDE.
%
% The TYPE parameter specifies what entity you want to create. If you want
% to create a project, TYPE must be 'project' or 'projlib'.
%
%  Supported TYPE options:
% 'project' - MULTI executable project
% 'projlib' - MULTI library project
%
% When creating a project, the NAME parameter is the filename of the
% project. NAME can include the full path or just the name of the file if
% it resides in the IDE working directory. Use the H.CD method to view or
% modify the IDE working directory.
%
% NEW(H,NAME) or NEW(H,NAME,[]) creates a new executable project in the
% IDE, that is, TYPE defaults to 'project'. You get an error if NAME
% is not a valid project name.
%
% Example: Create an executable project named 'myproj.gpj'
%    h = ghsmulti;
%    new(h, 'myproj.gpj', 'project');
