AC voltage controller is used to convert fixed AC voltage to a variable AC voltage
without changing the given frequency.
in this model the load is resistive (150 ohms) and given firing angle is 30 degrees.
this model is helpful in understanding the nature of output waveform for a given firing angle.
the model which i have uploaded is the basic one which will be helpful for bachelor students and new simulink, simpowersystems users.

here is your answer.
double click on pulse generator block.
then first set the period with respect to time base ie; 0.02 sec( because in india frequency is 50 cycles/sec. therefore 1cycle or period=360 degrees=0.02 sec)
then enter phase delay(ie;firing angle) as
(x*0.02)/360 where 'x' stands for your desired firing angle in degrees.
if firing is required for negative cycle, then
phase delay= ((x+180)*0.02)/360.
