Pseudo Random Network Coding based on paper in the below:
Pseudo Random Network Coding Design for IEEE 802.16m Enhanced Multicast and Broadcast Service.

Where different techniques used to improve transmission times and recover transmission packets.

In this code there are two sections, ones who want to use this at first make a copy only for the 1st commented area then another copy can be done from here for the last commented area which used as function. two files should be saved in a single folder and program can run from the main script.
