IMT 2000 models Indoor Office Environment
This environment is characterized by small cells and low transmits powers. Both base stations and pedestrian users are located indoors. RMS delay spread ranges from around 35 nsec to 460 nsec. The path loss rule varies due to scatter and attenuation by walls, fl oors, and metallic structures such as partition and fi ling cabinets. These objects also produce shadowing effects. A lognormal shadowing with a standard deviation of 12 dB can be expected. Fading characteristic ranges from Rician to Rayleigh with Doppler frequency offsets are determined by walking speeds.
