ifanbeam using the whole sinogram
The regular ifanbeam function discards part of the sinogram data generated by fanbeam : it keeps only a 180° + fanAngle angular range, and reconstructs like a short scan.
This was mentioned and proved by a piece of test code on the forum http://www.mathworks.fr/matlabcentral/answers/53299-can-ifanbeam-use-all-the-sinogram-generated-by-fanbeam
This modified version contains just a few tweaks, which make ifanbeam use all the data and exploit its redundancy.
