rowcount
Counts the number of rows in LOOKUPVALUES that matches each row in VALUES and returns the counts.

COUNTS = ROWCOUNT(VALUES, LOOKUPVALUES)
Written in c, so the operation is fast. Type "mex rowcount.c" in matlab before use.
