Tested WF4 to Equivalent WF5A Transformation Calculator

This tool transforms WF4 test results into an equivalent WF5A transient

Essentially, this transformation allows the end user to determine if additional lightning protection is required to tolerate a new WF5A requirement by transforming the WF4 test results to an equivalent WF5A transient. If the equivalent WF5A level is higher than the required WF5A level, no additional protection is needed.
