using the watershed to segment the whole cell and the Otsu's methode to segment the nucleus , the cytoplasm can be ectracted by simple mask subtraction. this work is submitted a conference paper to the 2013 Canadian Conference on Electrical and Computer Engineering. IEEE CCECE 2013
