Dir Read

This function will read all the sub directories in the location provided.

This function will take two input arguments, location of the folder which you want to read and the extension of files. Then this function will provide you output which are DirLoc, nameFolds, No_of_files, Name_of_files. Here DirLoc will give you full address of the sub-directories in a array, nameFolds will give you the name of sub-directories, No_of_files will give you the number of files in each directory, Name_of_files will give you the name of files in the input location only if there is no sub-directories.
