Code and data used during the BioMedical EDU Webinar given on 10/8/03.

Description

allCode.m contains the sequence of code used during the demonstration.

The data files:
medflies.mat - the fruitfly data
flicker.mat - the flickering light data
breastcancer.mat - the breast cancer mortality data
sulfate.mat - the blood concentration data.

Fisher's iris data are available in the Statistics Toolbox as fisheriris.mat

plotClusts.m is a script to make a parallel coordinates plot of the results of the k-means clustering.

myfit.m is the M-file automatically generated by the Curve Fitting GUI cftool.
