Uses some odds I found online for first round matchups. Modifies and normalizes these odds for subsequent rounds where I wasn't sure what the exact odds were (eg 2 vs 5).
Results are for one bracket of 16 teams each.
The picks this program makes are almost guaranteed to be at least partially wrong.
