Script to vertically concatenate two cropped image areas.

This script will prompt the user to enter an image file and will read it. The user is then prompted to use the mouse to crop an area of the image.
The image is cropped and a dark horizontal separator line is concatenated to the bottom of the extracted image. The user is then prompted to select a second image file.The two images are concatenated vertically and saved to a separate file name.
