This function crops off the specified portion of an image file and concatenates a separator line. It will then repeat this operation for all the files in the current directory with the specified extension, concatenating all the images vertically. The concatenated images are saved under the new name 'Imgoutcat.bmp'.

imvertcat2(200,400,700,1000,'bmp')
