Revolve Cartesian coordinates around an axis by a given angle, transform them arbitrarily using a transformation matrix or quickly apply an offset to a long array of coordinates using bsxfun.

Something else: If you want to rotate around an axis: 1, 2, 3 correspond to x, y, z. It's as well in the updated version.
For some reason the code is not working. Error "??? Undefined function or method 'transformCarthCoord' for input arguments of type 'double'."
