Analyzes VMAT quality assurance EPID images for routine Varian linac QA.

| Description |
Based on the Jorgensen et al paper and tests described therein, this program analyzes the EPID images acquired from such tests. The two main tests run are for gantry speed/dose rate, and MLC speed. Tolerances can be set by the user under File/Settings and are retained between sessions. ROIs that fail the tolerance check turn red along with the results box, making any failure extremely obvious. The DICOM RT files are included, for use with Varian linacs, to perform and acquire the images (also obtainable from my.varian.com). Two dose rate/gantry speed images are also included for demonstration.

4/23/13 Updated with more error checks. Utilizes the export_fig function if user has it (http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/23629-exportfig); otherwise uses a simple print function for PDF reporting. |
