Esta función permite el calculo de Ybus de un sistema eléctrico de potencia.

La función solicita inicialmente el número de nodos del sistema eléctrico de potencia sin contar el nodo de referencia. Luego se deben ingresar los valores de admitancias o impedancias según lo solicite la aplicación (considerar que todas deben ser de la misma naturaleza)
