DTI gradient table
Generate the gradient table from a DTI DICOM file in scanner and in patient coordinates

dti_grad_table generates a table with the gradient directions and the B-values. These tables can be saved in separate files in the DTI-Studio format. The gradient directions are given in scanner coordinates and can be given also in patient coordinates upon rotation of the original directions.
dti_grad_table has been tested with DICOM files from Philips Achieva 3T R2.6.
