numeric TickLabels formater

This function format numeric tickLabels of a plot to produce pretty label with easy to align plots

Description

This function will format numeric TickLabel in a plot and limit their number to produce lovely labels and easy to align plots. To format the numbers, it switches between different options (integer, scientific and floating point representation) to define an appropriate format for each value.
If this function is called with all your plots, you will get figure of the same size that are easy to align in a publication without special resize for each one.

Example, the second plot of the screenshot was produce with prettyTickLabel(gca, 6, [1, 2, 2], [1, 2, 2]);
