Rotates the given coordinates about a given center.

Description	Rotates the given coordinates about a given center using either degrees or radians. Results are suitable for use with 'plot' function.

31 Mar 2005	Pramote Hochareon	1.) The program calls for another external function that is not give, even thought people can simply write the function themselves. 2.) I didn't spend a lot of time look at this code in detail, but it seems to do rotation only in on axis.
