Working model of Shunt Active Power Filter

| Watch this File

File Information

Shunt Active Power Filter model based on 400volts 3 phase 3 wire system. Load is 3 phase full wave rectifier. THD reduced by SAPF to 4.45% from 30.56%.

MATLAB release MATLAB 7.10 (R2010a)
Other requirements matlab 7.10 32bit

and you can attach me on

thank you

Can anyone give a simulink model for a series active power filter, which is the dual of the shunt filter?

Check out SAPF for 3 phase 4 wire systems.

For the second problem you have to be more specific about load, Vdc and coupling inductor.

These spikes or notches that you talking about can be eliminated by introducing a small inductance downstream the point of common coupling.
You can check my other mdl of SAPF

There are notches in the source currents.. any how can you eliminate it??? Moreover in my simulation model when i insert active filter source current becomes sinusoidal but its value increases from 200 A to 300 there any solution of it???
