Save an unlimited number of MATLAB figures to a single file.

File Information

SAVEFIGURES saves all, or a subset of, the currently open MATLAB figures to a single .mat file. The file name and path can be supplied as input or, by default, a file selection dialog box is opened for specifying the file.

Use OPENFIGURES to re-open the figures saved by saveFigures.

Required Products MATLAB
MATLAB release MATLAB 8.2 (R2013b)
Other requirements The functions must be positioned in a folder with full administrator rights.

Thanks for the note Jiro - I was not aware of this implementation in MATLAB R2013b.

I will leave this contribution on the File Exchange for now, though, for people using MATLAB older than R2013b.

Note that "savefig" in MATLAB can save multiple figures into a single .fig file.
