Creates a progress bar in the "status-bar section" of a figure.

File Information
Description	sbprogress stands for Status-Bar Progress. A progress-bar can be created either on the status bar section of an existing figure or as a new progress-bar on a new figure. The progress bar also has a bevel surrounding the text, bar, and the percentage number which can be either shown or not.
