File Information
Description	Program that allows to use an image (in black and white, gray scale or in colors) as starting cells for the Conway's game of life. You can also edit the image or start a blank image. The animation of the cells can be recorded. The parameters for the rules for the life of the cells can be changed.

31 Jul 2006	Matthew Simoneau	Recent versions of MATLAB insist that the list of extensions is a column vector. It works if I add a transpose, or ', to the definition of "exts" on line 159. The buttons also behave better if you add a DRAWNOW in the loop at line 298.

26 Oct 2006	update for platform compatibility. It should now work for Matlab 5.3 as well as Matlab7.
