Display SIFT in 2D
Version 1.0.0.0 (176 KB) by
Konda Reddy Mopuri
This function displays the 128 dimensional un-normalized SIFT data in 2D using PCA.
The SIFT data, which is a '128 X M' matrix can be visualised in 2D by projecting them onto the sub-space spanned by the 'chosen' eigen vectors. By default, the function chooses the best sub-space, which is the one spanned by the first two energetic eigen vectors. The readme file and the function help explain the parameters in detail.
