File Information
Description	tts(textString) is a very simple function, which "reads" the textString string. The tts function calls the Microsoft(r) Win32 Speech API (SAPI).

19 Dec 2007	d s	hello! this seems to be what i need. but it throws the error message: Server creation failed. Invalid ProgID 'SAPI.SpVoice' can anybody tell me what i need to install or configure to run this?? thanks you
