Concatenates a set of strings, with a delimiter between each string.

Concatenates a set of strings, with a delimiter between each string. Example: join('_', {'this', 'is', 'a', 'string'} ) returns 'this_is_a_string'.

Tested on MATLAB R12.1 and R13.
