This function parses a matrix of pairwise comparisons into a string.
This function parses a matrix of pairwise comparisons into a string.
Example:
inputM = [ 0 1 1; 0 0 1; 0 0 0]
% >> inputM =
0 1 1
0 0 1
0 0 0
elements = {'a', 'b', 'c'};
outStr=PairwiseCompareMatrix2Str(inputM, elements)
>> outStr =
'a>b,c; b>c'
