The main "POOTest.m" determines the number of firing positions present in a global set of Points-of-Origin returned by Counter Battery radars. Blackman, AIC, BIC and Two Part MDL are evaluated in single trial or Monte-Carlo. White papers are presented for independent tracks, and dependent tracks, but scripts are for independent tracks only. The independent track white paper has been revised -- see the readme file for more.
