Calculate the time required to heat tissue with incident laser power

Given an input of final skin temperature in Fahrenheit, an incident laser power at tissue surface, and depth at which you wish the temperature change to occur, this function calculates the time for the temperature change to occur. Optical properties of skin phantoms used in model and experiment can vary.
