16 QAM Transceiver

The file contains the complete chain required for over the air transmissions on hardware using 16 QAM modulation scheme. RRC Pulse shaping is employed. Some parts of this file are modifications of the matlab implementation "commqpsktxrx". The receiver chain consists of a data aided AGC, matched filtering, frequency compensation, timing synchronization and decoding blocks respectively.
