Harmonic(n) is an estimate of the nth harmonic number.

Description	harmonic(n) is an estimate of the nth harmonic number. Also works for arbitrary nonzero complex arguments z, though it may not be accurate if \|z\| is too small (\|z\| should be greater than 1).
