UICD (Improved version of builtin CD)

Change directory using popup uicontrol.

Description

Change directory using popup menu. Act like uiopen,uidir etc. You can change directory by ui option. Also includes the builtin CD option.

Usage: uicd('dir'), change the directory to 'dir', like as cd('dir')

BUT, just uicd will propmt the directory browser, this is the ADDED functionality
