leaf area estimation

Estimate individual leaf area in a plane.Images must be registered orthogonally in a plane to plane fashion through perspective transformation.
Registered images then be transformed to a binary images. Above works should be done before this process.

Scales of image pixels to real world length are obtained from rules or given sized transparent clip board placed on the same plane of leaves.
individual leaf area is displayed in MATLAB command window and can be copied to other file format.
