Modified interpolation program.

File Information
Description	This program is essentially identical to the function interp1.m but it allows for small amounts of extrapolation. Of course, extrapolation using a cubic-spline technique is ill-advised. The one nice feature about this program is that it eliminates bad values associated with certain types of extrapolation.
