Subsample an image.

Description	This function filters an image (FIR filter) and subsample it. The filtering avoid the "Moiré figures".

14 Feb 2007	Fabian Roth	doesn't work out of the box because it uses an unassigned variable name. just substitute im_filtered by im_f in the code and it works fine and does what you expect.
