The ZIP file contains:
tieset.CPP,tieset.EXE,TIESET.M,EGAVGA.BGI files. The EGAVGA.BGI is required by the tieset.EXE file. So just extract the zip file and run the tieset.EXE file. the tieset.m runs under MATLAB environment.
BEFORE RUNNIG THE APPLICATION PLZ READ THE "TiesetAnalysis.doc" file.
