Zooms 2D, 8bit gray level images by row and column duplication.

File Information
Description	Zooms 2D images (whose gray levels are represented by 8 bits)to newX and newY by row and column duplication. Returns image in uint8 matrix. Usage of m file: newim = zoomByDuplication('lena.gif',1024,1024);
