Inverse Bilinear Transform

Convert z-domain systems to s-domain.

Description

This function simply runs the existing release11 bilinear.m function backwards to convert z-domain transfer functions to s-domain. Only very limited testing has been performed so far. Use the bilinear.m to verify results.

What about the ibilinear(NUM,DEN,Fs) case ? it doesn't work (nor does it work in bilinear.... strange)
