Makes a plot to visualize a sequence of complex numbers directly, as a "complex cylinder.".

| Description |
Plots triples ( t, real(z(t)), imag(z(t)) ), a shiskebob of complex numbers. For visual context, each complex number is a dot on its own gray constant-amplitude envelope circle with a blue radius from the center axis. |

Improved the computed features returned with the plot, added the option not to plot (just get the features), and an option to enter a string with the first line of the plot title. |
