Description

GENERATE_HELP_FOOTNOTE returns a string for standard MATLAB footnote information in 'help' part of the MAT file.

EXAMPLE: F=GENERATE_HELP_FOOTNOTE('2005','John Adams','Somecompany, Inc.','john.adams@somecompany.com','1.5') generates a full footnote with information provided in function body with additional current date.

I think normally this string is generated by version control system.
