Converts octave style m-files to matlab style m-files

File Information
Description	This small converter aims to accept octave style m-files and output matlab style m-files. Somewhat basic: # to %, ! to ~ and so on. A small script to convert directories containing octave m-files is included. Put directories of converted m-files at the _end_ of your matlab path. See README for more information on how to use the files.
