I just didn't realize "consolidator" can use other functions as its aggregation mode, in my case nanmedian etc. I have used "consolidator13" and couldn't get around the NaN data with it. Looks like the plain "consolidator" its the only one handling these other functions and I am sure it will do the trick for me. Thanks.
Please Help ...
I've been using consolidator with no problems and loving it. But I came across a data set with NaN values and it didn't work. I am getting a bunch of NaN even for the rows with real data. Is there any way around this? Thanks.
Is it possible to either change the order in which the errorbar and marker are plotted? Or is there any other fix that would remove the line that is drawn across the marker, so I can have something like -o-?
Thanks a lot, really good tool. Had a little bit of trouble figuring out how to change the marker style, color, etc because of the plotting scheme, but I got there eventually.
@Hugh, to remove the vertical lines at either end simply change the "tee" variable to 0 in line 103.
I'm using this function since long time ago, but now I upgrated matlab to R2014b version and it isn't working anymore!
I get this msg error:
