I really appreciate your submission, it was a great help. I would only suggest listing a reference or two in your m-file, e.g. (R van der Merwe and EA Wan, 2002). I didn't know about the square-root implementation of the ukf and was, just at first, a bit confused about your implementation. Otherwise everything was very clear and helpfull.
